This quenching oil is used
when the highest possible hardness is required in quenching processed,
particularly when sufficient hardness in carbon steel, Mn
steel or thick wall tool steel can not be obtained by using conventional
quenching oils.

A short vapor blanket
cooling stage and high cooling power in the vapor transport cooling stage
provides excellent quenching performance for all types of hardening operations,
ranging from group quenching of small work-pieces to separate quenching of
large alloy-steel products. It gives very stable performance in atmospheric
bath furnaces.

Daphne Bright Quench
A cold quenching oil which enables the quenched products to
maintain brightness for a long time. It is used for quenching carbonized parts,
bearing races, moulds, needles, tools, etc., and withstands constant use at 110
degree C.
This oil is very useful as
a vacuum quenching oil, too.
