Idemitsu Lubricants America Corporation’s Jeffersonville, Indiana manufacturing facility incorporates the latest lubricant blending technologies refined through years of research and development in Japan. We are able to blend and package products to your specific requirements, plus manufacture and warehouse standard / repeat products, and develop new formulations to meet new and changing product applications and specifications. Our distribution system includes the Indiana manufacturing plant, plus a number of contract blenders and warehouses throughout the United States. The total result is a customer-focused, responsive company with the ability to deliver the highest quality lubricant products and services - in a timely and cost effective manner - to virtually any location around the world.

Operations are completely automated and controlled by a central computer system referred to as DCS (Distributed Control System).

Extensive use of dedicated lines and piping assure a pure product free of contamination.

An in-line blending system assures that large volume blends can be produced quickly and precisely, while batch blenders are utilized for small quantities as little as 330 gallons.

On-site storage tanks provide access to component fluids for blending operations.
